Orange Cake

Did you ever make cake batter in a mixer? I’m going to show you on a Youtube video how to make an Orange cake batter in a blender.

This cake is delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 organic orange (if you use another kind of orange make sure to wash very well before using the orange)
• 1 Teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 120 gr butter
• 1 cup sultanas ( you can also add nuts)
• 1/2 cup water
